Please take note that returns/refunds/exchange due to change of mind will not be accepted. If you wish to return/ refund an item, make sure that the below conditions are met : -

Did not receive the order
Received and incomplete product(missing quantity)
Received the Wrong Product/s ( e.g. wrong size/wrong color/different product)
Please make a video while opening the package (full unboxing video)
We are not responsible for any loss or damage products without unboxing video ..It's easy for both side and please cooperate.
We will never entertain any complaint without video 🙏

You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products not received as an original packaging, there will not be any refund. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund/exchange within 7 working days after the confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
